About Me

I'm a single mom of two amazing girls. If you've heard of "highly spirited" those are my girls, especially my youngest. She comes with MANY challenges but also an abundance of amazing rewards. Yes, I'm smiling right now. ; )

My life has changed a lot since December 08. I was laid off from a Telecom company, I decided to go back to school and I met quite a few amazing people. And now I'm a co-partner in a Lakewood business which provides healing spaces for practitioners. Check it out at my website below. I am working towards my certification as an energy practitioner through ITS and I'm learning how to become a skin care therapist, oh, and in my spare time I play mommy, LOL!

FREE ENERGY WORK

Since I am not yet certified, I am offering free energy sessions at our space in Lakewood. Please contact me for this amazing opportunity. This is absolutely, positively and truly free. Please see below for a little bit about the session.

During Your Session:
Most people report feeling very relaxed during their session. You may feel hot or cold, buzzing or tingly, or maybe even sleepy. These are all common experiences. If you have any questions about your session, before or after, please feel free to ask.

After Your Session:

After your session, you may feel very peaceful and you may also experience a sense of vitality or fatigue. I highly recommend that you take a period of rest after your session and drink plenty of water.

The work continues to unfold even after you are no longer physically on the table; the more you are able to honor the needs of the body, the more you will benefit from your session.

Follow Up:

Sessions may feel different from one time to the next, or may vary with different parishioners. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to speak with me or make a note on the evaluation form you will receive after your session and a representative of Institute of Transformational Studies (ITS) will address your concern as soon as possible.
