- About Me
- I am an Owner and Operator of Ix Chel Healing Arts Center in Wheat Ridge Colorado. We celebrated our 3 year anniversary in June of 2009. The center has been a true blessing in my life. I give gratitude daily for being a part of an amazing community of true soul family and friends.
Awakened Heart Healing - Soul Loving, Soul Living is my Healing/Teaching business/passion. I have been offering my services as a healer/teacher for approximately 3 years now. This too has been a true blessing and joy in my life.
To share my truth's with others and to help them find theirs' brings me joy and a sense of purpose that I haven't felt since I was raising my daughter.
I am also "Grammy" to a beautiful Grandson who reminds me daily of the importance of exploring life and having fun.
My businesses, family, friends and community are very important to me. Making sure I have a healthy balance of time spent with them has been one of my greatest accomplishments that I play with daily.

- Early in life I was was a single parent, recognized the importance of having a support system and community she could trust and depend on. It is this understanding that has led her to her work as a healer and spiritual teacher and to opening a Healing Arts Center, and her dedication to supporting others on their spiritual journey.
In July of 2005, I also took the plunge and left my corporate job making way for the creation of Ix Chel Healing Arts Center. Together with Carol Tedesco and I have devoted our time and energy toward creating the vision and preparing ourselves for her work as healers and spiritual teachers.
A fifth generation native of Colorado, my interests include music, animals and being in nature. My greatest joys are experiencing life through my new grandson's eyes and riding my Harley in the mountains contemplating the mysteries of life. While I love my work, I knows how important it is to have a balance between play and work, and I try to always approach life with a fun and playful attitude.

Through Awakened Heart Healing, I helps guide clients in the process of opening up their hearts to the Divine knowing that every human being has access to. Most people have been hurt or wounded sometime in their life, causing them to close off their heart for fear of additional wounding. In doing so, we also close ourselves off to the goodness of life, to Divine soul love and acceptance of who we are.
Client need only show up and trust that they are safe and in good hands during a session. I opens herself up to receive healing energy and divine guidance as to what is needed for that session. The channeling of healing energy brings what needs to be released to conscious awareness. By holding the intention of love and honor for yourself, you are better able to clear away old thought patterns, and make way for new and more supportive energies, bringing you balance and harmony in all areas of you life.
By releasing doubts and fears and staying centered in the awareness of Love, Spirit or your true self you will be able to better listen to your inner voice as constant guide in your day-to-day life. I helps guide you through this process with love and service of your highest good giving tools to use for the rest of your life.
