The Kundalini was awoken in me four years ago and still flowing stronger than ever each day since. A combination of Dr. Hawkins lectures, books, ACIM and 12-step groups all contributed to this while also sitting in meditation each day for one-two hours a day. After two years of intense work, it just hit me one day during my meditation.
