- I am a mother, friend, acupuncturist, herbalist, colorpuncturist, adventurer, astral traveler, optimist, 4-wheeler, hiker, breather of mountain and ocean air, lover of learning and experiencing in this laboratory called Life.
I am at that exciting stage of life where my children are leaving the nest. Two are in college studying amazing things, and my youngest is a junior in high school, also being amazing and continually teaching me.
At this juncture I am an entrepreneur, a writer, a future student in pharmacy, combining knowledge from both paradigms to provide helpful and necessary information for patients who are endeavoring to reach optimal health given the vast array of tools available.

- I earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Colorado at Denver in 1998. I am NCCAOM Board Certified in both acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine as an Oriental Medicine practitioner, and hold a Master of Science degree from the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I have been licensed and in practice since January 2005 and served as the Academic Dean of the Chinese Medical school for two years.

- I diagnose and treat using the theory and techniques of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which include a comprehensive initial intake to determine overall patterns of disharmony, along with pulse and tongue diagnosis. My treatments consist of a combination of acupuncture, moxibustion, tui na, gua sha, cupping, and prescribing Chinese herbal remedies. I incorporate the theories and techniques of the Esogetic Colorpuncture system as needed and desired by the patient.
In addition to treating some of the more traditional complaints that lead patients to acupuncture, including pain syndromes, stress, PMS, menopausal syndrome, respiratory and gastrointestinal illnesses, among others, I utilize Esoteric Acupuncture, which is a system for balancing the chakras, accessing Ancient wisdom, and elevating personal conscious awareness for optimal healing.

I wanted to let you know about a 30,000 square foot building that is has space for rent in Lakewood. I am giving a showing both Saturday and Sunday at 2pm in the afternoon this weekend. The space for rent could be office space, retail etc...we are seeking to turn this place into a spiritual mecca. It has a huge book store on the main floor. That floor actually has all sales and profits go to two local charities. The top floor has space for lease and then there are two main event areas of open space. The building has so much potential!!! 80 park spaces located behind the building. The rental rate is $1 per square foot and that rate includes the utilities. I hope you can join us this weekend to view this gem. The workshop and event spaces rent for $20 per hour.
