In her diversified career as a holistic practitioner, Tracy has conducted corporate stress relief programs, taught classes in Aromatherapy as a certified practitioner, and worked as a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist for state-of-the-art spas in Pennsylvania, California and Colorado.

As an Aromatherapist she also treats people for stress and illness using essential oils. She has designed and sold her own all-natural bath and body line, and done freelance newspaper writing on topics pertaining to alternative medicine and spirituality.

In addition, she has studied Barbara Brennan's style of energy healing technique called "Full Spectrum Healing" and works with this modality to help clear blockages and clarify what issues an individual needs to heal in their life time. She has written a book called "Nature's Healing Force" which she wrote under the pen name of Tracy Norwalk, and can be found on Amazon.com

She has been involved in promoting holistic, spiritual and environmental events which can feature one practitioner/ business or many. She loves to cook and create her own healthy recipes and does a variety of art and craft work, utilizing non-toxic, environmentally friendly materials and has taught classes on these subjects as well.

Her latest endeavor is a book she is writing entitled "The Sacred Trinity-The Masculine (God), The Feminine (Goddess) in Love".
